Returns and Exchanges

Return Procedure

  • First, please contact us through the Contact form within 7 days after receiving the product.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is different from the product ordered, if the product was damaged during delivery, or if the product meets the conditions for defective products described below.
  • Please refrain from requesting returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons.
  • We will inform you of the return address when we contact you.
  • Depending on the order details and the condition of the product, returns may not be accepted.
  • Please return the item by cash on delivery within 14 days after receipt.

Conditions for Handling Defective Products

  • Although we take every possible measure regarding product quality, please contact us through the Contact form if any of the following applies:

    • The product’s function is impaired, or there is visible damage or dirt.
    • The product appears to be defective.
